Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations, which varies by currency. pk48 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain congestion.
All funds deposited into your pk48 account are held in segregated player fund accounts and are not used for operational purposes by pk48. Your deposited funds are available for withdrawal subject to these Terms, including any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.
pk48 processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, subject to account verification status and internal compliance checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 2 hours subject to network conditions.
Withdrawals must generally be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. Where a direct reversal is not operationally possible, pk48 may offer an alternative withdrawal method at its sole discretion.

In cases where pk48 has offered odds, lines, or payouts that are clearly erroneous ("palpable errors"), pk48 reserves the right to void any bets placed at such incorrect odds and return stakes to the players' accounts. A palpable error is defined as an obvious and manifest mistake in the setting of a price or odds.
All sports bets on pk48 — including cricket, PSL, UFC, kabaddi, and all other markets — are governed by sport-specific rules available in the Sportsbook section of the platform. In cases of conflict between these General Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to bet settlement.

pk48 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or where required by law, including for AML compliance purposes, regulatory reporting, or fraud prevention.
pk48 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, where pk48 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has violated these Terms; (b) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform; (c) the account holder has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct; or (d) pk48 is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority.
You may close your pk48 account at any time by contacting customer support. For non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision — updates may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the pk48 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using pk48 and may request account closure.
